What will your day look like

As a Data Analyst-Employee Exp, your role is to support the implementation of ANZ’s global employee survey research program in our Qualtrics survey & dashboard platform.
Help translate business needs into survey and dashboard build, test, and release.

Work with business stakeholders and your team to help innovate technical solutions to deliver value in our EX survey research program.
Active engagement with survey platform vendor and other related parts of the business to solve problems and resolve issues.
Manage workload and plan ahead to help support the successful achievement of EX program milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address/facilitate issue remediation
Support the team in relation to the manipulation and analysis of our EX survey program data to provide insights back to stakeholders
Proactively offer ideas and recommendations to improve the value we provide in our EX survey program
What will you bring?
5 + years of experience in online employee research or online market research.
Tertiary qualification in computer programming/computer science/related field.
Demonstrated experience building employee and/or customer feedback surveys in an online survey platform such as Qualtrics, ConfirmIT, Sawtooth or Decipher Survey Programming Tool.
Good analytical skills, problem solving capability and decision making ability.
Good knowledge in HTML, VBA, Excel, CSS editing.
Experience in supporting the delivering of insights from business, employee and/or customer data.
Customer Focus approach and effective time management.
High attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality control.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with others.

You will also have the following specialised skills:
An understanding of employee and/or customer online survey research.
An understanding of data tools that may include Advanced Excel, Python, or SQL.
Ideally some knowledge of basic statistical concepts and some exposure to tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent
